Meet the team

Paul started as an apprentice in 2007 and earned his master plumbing license through years of hands-on work. With 17 years of experience, he specializes in boiler system diagnostics and installation. Outside of work, he's usually at the rink cheering on his kids, out on his motorcycle, or working on his golf game.

Justine runs the non-plumbing side of the business — bookkeeping, scheduling, and marketing. She spent 16 years managing a household of five before bringing that same organization to Paul's Plumbing and Heating. In her downtime, she's usually reading or starting a new project.

Marc brings nearly two decades of trades experience and six years in plumbing specifically. His motto: we're only limited by our willingness to learn. Outside of work, he's raising his two daughters, taking them camping, and passing on his bushcraft skills.
